Content Editor Webpart JavaScript Error When Launching Rich Text Edit Form

Thought you Sharepoint (aka MOSS) 2007 fans might appreciate this entry. I am using a Win Server 2003 R2 with SQL 2008 stand alone environment with Sharepoint 2007 sp1 installed. When I try to launch the Rich Text editor, nothing happens. In the bottom left of my screen, an error is thrown, which is javascript related. Here is my error:

While it is different than Waldek's error in this post, it is of the same origin / root cause. Waldek's context was quite helpful to me, so I wanted to share it with you!
